Comprehensive Refund & Cancellation Policy

MarketingPros believes in complete financial transparency. Because digital marketing involves both our labor (Agency Fees) and third-party advertising costs (Ad Spend), our refund policy strictly distinguishes between the two. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.
1. The Fundamental Distinction: Agency Fees vs. Ad Spend
To understand our refund policy, you must understand the two types of payments involved in digital marketing:
- Agency Management Fees: The money you pay to MarketingPros for our strategy, labor, design, and daily management of your campaigns.
- Media Budget / Ad Spend: The money paid directly to platforms like Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), or LinkedIn to display your advertisements.
2. Strictly Non-Refundable Items
Under no circumstances will refunds be issued for the following:
- Ad Spend Paid to Platforms: Any money deposited into Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, or similar platforms is subject to their respective refund policies. MarketingPros cannot refund money that is held by third-party tech companies.
- Completed Project Work: If we have completed and delivered a project (e.g., a comprehensive SEO audit, a set of ad creatives, or a landing page build), the fee for that work is non-refundable, as the labor has already been expended.
- Third-Party Software Costs: If you requested us to purchase specialized software licenses or premium stock assets on your behalf, these costs are non-refundable.
3. Agency Fee Cancellation & Refund Schedule
If you choose to cancel a project-based engagement before completion, refunds for the Agency Management Fee are calculated based on the progress of the work:

4. Monthly Retainer Cancellations
For clients on ongoing monthly marketing retainers:
- 30-Day Notice Required: You may cancel your monthly retainer at any time by providing a 30-day written notice via email to support@marketingpros.store.
- Final Month Billing: You will be billed for the final 30 days of service following your notice, during which time we will continue to manage and optimize your campaigns normally.
- No Prorated Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-month cancellations. If you cancel on the 15th of the month, service will continue until the end of that billing cycle, and no partial refund will be issued.
5. Service Dissatisfaction & Dispute Resolution
Digital marketing does not guarantee immediate sales. It is a process of testing, learning, and optimizing. Therefore, we do not offer refunds based on "poor performance" or "lack of sales," provided that MarketingPros has demonstrably executed the agreed-upon strategy.
However, if you feel we have failed to deliver the specific deliverables outlined in your proposal (e.g., we promised 4 blog posts and only delivered 2), please contact us immediately. We will rectify the situation by delivering the missing work or issuing a proportional credit for the undelivered items.
6. Account Suspensions by Third Parties
Google and Meta frequently suspend advertising accounts due to algorithmic errors or strict policy interpretations. MarketingPros is not responsible for third-party account suspensions and will not issue refunds for Agency Fees if your account is suspended by the platform.
If an account is suspended, we will pause your monthly retainer billing (so you aren't paying us while ads are down) and work diligently with platform support to appeal the suspension and get your account reinstated.
7. The Refund Request Process
If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria above, please follow this process:
- Send an official email to support@marketingpros.store with the subject line: "Refund Request - [Your Company Name]".
- Include your invoice number, date of payment, and a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
- Our management team will review your request against this policy and the progress of your project.
- We will respond with a decision within 3 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
