Comprehensive Refund & Cancellation Policy

MarketingPros believes in complete financial transparency. Because digital marketing involves both our labor (Agency Fees) and third-party advertising costs (Ad Spend), our refund policy strictly distinguishes between the two. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.

If you choose to cancel a project-based engagement before completion, refunds for the Agency Management Fee are calculated based on the progress of the work:

During Strategy & Research Phase (Days 2-5) 50% Partial Refund of the initial deposit
After Campaign Build / Account Setup has commenced No Refund. The labor to build the infrastructure has been expended.
After Campaigns are Live / Launched No Refund under any circumstances.

5. Service Dissatisfaction & Dispute Resolution

Digital marketing does not guarantee immediate sales. It is a process of testing, learning, and optimizing. Therefore, we do not offer refunds based on "poor performance" or "lack of sales," provided that MarketingPros has demonstrably executed the agreed-upon strategy.

However, if you feel we have failed to deliver the specific deliverables outlined in your proposal (e.g., we promised 4 blog posts and only delivered 2), please contact us immediately. We will rectify the situation by delivering the missing work or issuing a proportional credit for the undelivered items.

6. Account Suspensions by Third Parties

Google and Meta frequently suspend advertising accounts due to algorithmic errors or strict policy interpretations. MarketingPros is not responsible for third-party account suspensions and will not issue refunds for Agency Fees if your account is suspended by the platform.

If an account is suspended, we will pause your monthly retainer billing (so you aren't paying us while ads are down) and work diligently with platform support to appeal the suspension and get your account reinstated.

7. The Refund Request Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria above, please follow this process:

  1. Send an official email to support@marketingpros.store with the subject line: "Refund Request - [Your Company Name]".
  2. Include your invoice number, date of payment, and a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
  3. Our management team will review your request against this policy and the progress of your project.
  4. We will respond with a decision within 3 business days.
  5. If approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
