• Marketing History: Information about your past marketing efforts, historical ad spend data, previous conversion rates, and defined business goals.
• Account Access Credentials: Temporary delegated access permissions (not passwords) to your Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads accounts, Meta Business Manager, WordPress CMS, or other relevant platforms required to execute campaigns.
• Audience Data: Demographics, geographic locations, and behavioral traits of your target audience that you share with us to build targeted ad campaigns.

• Principle of Least Privilege: We only request the minimum level of access required to perform our specific duties. For example, we request "Editor" or "Analyst" roles rather than "Owner" or "Admin" roles whenever technically possible.
• Strict Data Segregation: Your campaign data, generated lead lists, customer databases, and proprietary strategies are kept strictly segregated from all other clients. We never use one client's proprietary data, keywords, or lead lists to benefit another client, even if they are in the same industry.
• Internal Confidentiality (NDAs): All MarketingPros team members, employees, and contractors are bound by strict, legally binding Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) regarding client strategies, data, and access credentials.
• Secure Access Management: Access to client accounts is managed through secure agency portals (like Google Ads Manager Account or Meta Business Partner portal), meaning individual employees do not hold direct passwords to your assets.

6. Data Retention & Deletion Policy

We maintain a responsible data retention policy designed to balance your privacy with our legal and operational requirements:

• Active Clients: Data is retained for the entire duration of our active service agreement.
• Post-Service Retention: We retain your contact information, final reports, and project history for a period of 2 years following the conclusion of our services. This is strictly for internal reference, accounting/tax purposes, and to assist you should you return for future services.
• Immediate Access Revocation: The moment our service agreement is terminated, MarketingPros will immediately remove ourselves from your Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and website CMS. We actively encourage clients to revoke our access from their end as well.

• Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): Request the complete deletion of your data from our internal records, subject only to legal retention requirements for tax invoices and accounting records under Indian law.
• Right to Opt-Out: Opt-out of any promotional communications, newsletters, or marketing updates from MarketingPros at any time.
